Brightwave demonstrates impactful e-learning design at eLearning Network event

E-Learning Development Company of The Year, Brightwave, will present 'Designing E-learning for Impact' at the eLearning Network's best practice event on 5 March. Lars Hyland, Director of Learning Services at Brightwave will explain how their e-learning programmes secure high levels of engagement to deliver the most effective learning experience in the workplace.

Lars' presentation will provide top tips on how to create effective and engaging e-learning design and the secret to delivering impact and a real return on investment. It will focus on how to make learners want to learn, respond, change and improve. His talk will also incorporate a range of award-winning case studies from clients such as Sky, Bupa and Virgin Atlantic.

The 'Proven Recipes for eLearning Success' event brings together the industry's leading players - E-Learning Age award winners - to help others gain inspiration and learn from proven records of success. Those attending will learn what it takes to be the best in all aspects of workplace e-learning.
