QA launches two new Microsoft initiatives that help increase business value
QA | Slough, UK

4-Mar-2010 » Training Press Releases » With technological tools developing at a pace, many organisations are unsure how to select the right solutions to improve business efficiency whilst ensuring their IT teams have the skills to maximise effectiveness of these new technologies. By working with Microsoft to deliver a series of 'Unlocking the Business Value' seminars and launching residential accelerated training programmes, QA present a learning solution that meets the needs of the individual and business.

In response to this, 'Unlocking Business Value with Microsoft' is a joint initiative between Microsoft and QA to help customers understand the benefits of Microsoft technologies within their organisations.

Launching with an event series in late March, customers can choose from four session types. Maximising the business value from Microsoft Technology seminar is ideal for any business or technical manager faced with the dilemma of which Microsoft technologies to deploy and how to position these to the board. This is supported by 3 technical workshops covering specific technologies but focusing on business challenges:

- Making the right business decisions using Microsoft SQL and SharePoint Servers
- Save time and get organised using Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint Server
- Reduce IT Costs and Risks using Microsoft Windows, Security and Management technologies

"Microsoft have a long established strategic relationship with QA to provide training solutions to the UK", commented David Bennie, Marketing Lead - Mid Market, Microsoft UK, " Microsoft is proud to work in partnership with QA to offer this series of seminars and hands on workshops which will help businesses communicate and formulate IT strategies between the business and technical decision teams".

QA has launched accelerated residential Microsoft courses to complement their range of classroom and learning solutions

Developed to minimise impact on business and time out of the office, while maximising the effectiveness of learning the courses are held in specialised training environments and run by QA's renowned market leading trainers.
"We believe it is important to not only give a quality service to our delegates, but to also offer the most effective and cost efficient solution to the organisation. These residential courses provide a significant cost saving as well as an accelerated learning process". Bill Walker, Commercial and Technical Director for QA went on to say, "These latest initiatives are only possible through our established strategic relationship with Microsoft, and our desire to present a learning solution that meets the needs of the individual and business".
