Kineo Wows Hewlett Packard with Fast and Effective E-learning

| Chicago, Il
4-Mar-2010 » Training Press Releases » Kineo has just released a case study, highlighting recent work with Hewlett Packard to create a 15-minute learning experience on HP's Total Customer Experience program.
Working in a very tight time range with a limited budget, Kineo needed to transform a 63-slide PowerPoint deck into an engaging experience - in just four weeks.
Some of the key elements of the process Kineo used to deliver exceptional results:
* Start with stories
* Move fast: rapid scripting / rapid build
* Keep it flexible
* Have lots of touchpoints
Nicole Sanders, HP's TCE Program Manager told Kineo, "You guys saved me - it was the best vendor experience I've ever had".
Cammy Bean, Kineo's VP of Learning Design, worked closely with Nicole on the project. "It was wonderful to hear that first 'wow' when we delivered the prototype to the HP team. It seemed especially important to delight our client when the content was all about customer service. I'm happy to say, we did just that!"
